I launched my real estate career in 1994 as a licensed salesperson, and in 2003, I transitioned into the real estate appraiser field under the mentorship of Joe Marino. By January 2006, I became a Certified Residential Appraiser. In the two years that followed, I conducted nearly 2,000 Road Home appraisals for properties impacted by Hurricane Katrina—an experience that profoundly influenced both my professional journey and personal bond with the city of New Orleans. During that time, I also restored several of my own hurricane-damaged homes.
Driven by a deep appreciation for Louisiana’s rich history and architectural heritage, I began restoring historic properties as a personal passion. This hands-on experience has become an invaluable asset in my appraisal work. My intimate knowledge of construction techniques, paired with a nuanced understanding of the local market, allows me to deliver appraisals with insight and precision.
I take pride in producing honest, thorough appraisal reports that are clear, timely, and fully aligned with USPAP standards. Every day, I find joy in exploring New Orleans’ vibrant architecture and connecting with the people who call it home.
